I hit the road and stopped at Doomie's Home Cookin' in Hollywood. This should be on your "food to try" list. A welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. This place is great. I ordered up the fried chikken basket. The crispy crust on the fried chikken was excellent. Savory flavor and fried to a golden hue. Plus the mac n cheez was great. Topped with bread crumbs to add a layer of texture and filled with creamy cheezy sauce. A generous helping of deep fried french fries rounnded it out. I highly recommend this place!
