We hit Lucky Luke Brewing last weekend for Impossible burgers from the Evolution Burger food truck and great beer from the taps. They dish up super tasty burgers and fries plus other plant-based grub like tacos & breakfast burritos. I had the Slider Combo with fries. My selections were the jalapeno burger and the pesto burger.
