Del Taco has made a huge leap forward for vegans and health seekers alike. Their Beyond Taco is a hit! They have two versions of the Beyond Meat filled taco, one vegan, one vegetarian (contains cheese). This visit was to the Northridge, CA Del taco on Corbin Ave. I highly recommend giving this a go.
